New Delhi. The explosive opener of the Indian cricket team, Yashasvi Jaiswal, was given a place in the possible team of the Champions Trophy. The selectors did not give him/her a place in the 15 -member team. Now Yashasvi Jaiswal is out of the semi -finals due to injury. he/she has been out of the match against Mumbai and Vidarbha starting on Monday in Jamtha, Nagpur.

According to the TOI report, Yashasvi Jaiswal will not take part in the domestic match due to the left ankle pain. he/she will be taken to BCCI Center of Excellence in Bangalore for investigation and treatment. Toi quoted a source as saying, “Jaiswal has been dropped from the Ranji Trophy semi -finals as he/she is suffering from left ankle pain.” he/she fielded the practice session of Mumbai in Nagpur today (Sunday) but looked uncomfortable while batting in the nets. This is an old injury that has emerged again. They have to leave for BCCI Center of Excellence tomorrow to start their recovery process. ”

Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shivam Dubey of Mumbai have been ruled out of the possible team for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 but their tournament is expected to play. Both of them are non -traveling substitutes. This means that when a player is injured, he/she can be sent to Dubai as his/her replacement.
Yashasvi Jaiswal, who has become a regular part of the Indian Test team, has played the only Ranji Trophy match this season. After the tour of Australia, Mumbai Yashvi played the match against Jammu and Kashmir. The Mumbai team had a shocking defeat of five wickets at the home ground. In the first innings, Yashasvi scored 4 runs in the second innings.
