The trailer of The Roshans starts with Hrithik Roshan playing a song made by his/her grandfather Roshanlal Nagrath on a cassette. he/she was a well-known music composer and it was through him/her that the Roshan family got started in the film world. Hrithik then explains how his/her entire family’s surname changed from ‘Nagrath’ to ‘Roshan’. After this begins the story of two brothers – one Rakesh Roshan, who became an actor and filmmaker and the other Rajesh Roshan, who became a music composer.
