With this, he/she has broken the 52-year-old record of the highest score by any Mumbaikar in the Irani Cup.

Sarfaraz Khan was included in the Indian team for the Test series against Bangladesh. The Irani Cup match between Mumbai and Rest of India started on Tuesday. Mumbai scored 237 runs for four wickets on the first day. Sarfaraz has scored 221 runs in 276 balls in his/her record-breaking innings. he/she hit 25 fours and 4 sixes in this innings and is still unbeaten.
