Does PCB just want to make money?
Shahid Afridi said that ICC should also now decide whether it only wants to earn money or will fulfill its responsibility by ensuring every member country gets the opportunity to play cricket. According to media reports, PCB has agreed to the hybrid model. And the Indian team will play all its Champions Trophy matches in Dubai. PCB has asked for more money from ICC for organizing the hybrid model. It remains to be seen whether ICC fulfills his/her demand or not.
