After an hour, put the pan on the gas to make halwa. Add one cup of ghee in it and after it gets heated, roast the almonds. After taking out the almonds, add one or half bowl of sugar in the same pan and keep stirring it continuously with a spoon. You can keep the quantity of sugar as per your taste.

You have to fry it until its color turns brown. Now add the mixture of milk and semolina to it and cook. When the halwa starts separating from the pan, understand that it is cooked. Now at the end you can add dry fruits and serve.
