This is the story of an actress from the Jharkhand film industry who was shot on her temple, her body was torn to shreds and her husband kept roaming around with her body in the trunk of the car. This story begins in the middle of the entire incident when the director of the Jharkhand film industry Prakash reaches the police station with his/her wife’s dead body in the trunk of his/her car and his/her three-year-old daughter in his/her lap. This dead body was that of the famous actress Isha Alia, who worked in the films there, whose real name was Riya Kumari.

Now the things that Prakash told the police were like this. he/she had told that at around 6 in the morning, while traveling to Bagnan on Ranchi-Howrah Highway, he/she had stopped at a deserted place for toilet when some 3 robbers reached there. he/she told that those robbers first snatched Prakash’s purse and started robbing him/her in the car. he/she told that Isha had also got down from the car during this time, while her daughter was in Prakash’s lap.

‘When Isha protested against the robbers, they opened fire’

The director told that when Isha protested against the robbers, they opened fire. Seeing Isha falling, when Prakash raised an alarm, the robbers ran away in fear and they took the bloodied Isha by car to a distance of 8 kilometers and sought help from the local people. The people there took him/her to the nearest hospital ‘Ulberia’ where the doctors declared him/her dead.

Now according to the statement of the police director, they started investigating the matter. Because whatever Prakash had told till now, he/she did not see any movement in the camera. Neither any bullet nor a drop of blood was found there, whereas Prakash had told that Isha had fallen on the ground after being shot.

Now the needle of police suspicion started turning and they started investigating the car in which Prakash had brought Isha’s body. In that DTE report of ‘Bhaskar’ it was told that the back seat of the car was completely soaked in blood. Isha was shot in the chest, due to which the rags from her head were still stuck on the car seat. When the forensic team started investigating, they also found the frontal part of the bullet inside the car and with this, Prakash’s words also started turning into lies one by one.

Even in the postmortem report, Prakash’s statements were found to be false.

She was reported to have been shot in an encounter, whereas the postmortem found that Isha was actually shot on her temple with a point blank rifle, which came out from the other temple, tearing her body apart. According to doctors, this can happen when the bullet is fired in a controlled situation. Doctors claimed that Isha was sleeping when she was shot. Prakash was also under suspicion here where he/she had said that he/she had gone 8 kilometers away with his/her injured wife, whereas there was a traffic police check post 100 meters away, where the police was present that morning.

Isha’s family accused Prakash of murdering their daughter.

The very next day of this incident, a complaint was lodged against Isha’s family member Prakash accusing him/her of murdering his/her daughter. The actress’s family told that Prakash often used to beat Isha. The police arrested Prakash and when strict interrogation began, a new and real story came to light which was even more heart-wrenching.

Police arrested all three criminals related to this case

Prakash told that a few days ago he/she had come in contact with Mohit Kumar through Facebook. Their friendship grew and Mohit provided weapons to Prakash. Apart from this, Prakash’s brother Sandeep was also involved in the murder of the actress, who conspired with the director to commit the murder. Ultimately, within 24 hours, Howrah Police had arrested all three criminals related to this case.

Prakash had racked his/her brain regarding murder

Actually Prakash was already married, with whom he/she also had two children. When Isha came to know about this, there was a lot of uproar in the house and both of them started fighting and sometimes it even reached the point of fighting. It was told that the matter had escalated so much that a panchayat was called in Ranchi’s Hazaribagh regarding this matter and as per the decision of the panchas, Prakash had to give equal rights to both the wives. Isha was not ready for this. Prakash also had problems with Isha being a star and her openness. Isha did not help Prakash who was stuck in a debt of Rs 30 lakh. Prakash applied his/her mind, since there were many insurance policies in Isha’s name, he/she took a dirty decision to solve all the problems in one go. he/she thought that Isha would also get out of his/her life and he/she would also get the money, but that did not happen.

The villagers did not give permission for the last rites.

Well, the matter did not end here. Controversy started over Isha’s funeral. After the postmortem, when Isha Alia’s body was handed over to her family members, they took the body to their native village Chauparan. Now the villagers came out in protest against his/her marriage in another caste and did not allow his/her last rites. Eventually his/her body was brought to Hazaribagh, where he/she was cremated.
