Even if you do not feel thirsty, you should drink plenty of water during this season. Drinking water regularly not only controls blood sugar levels but also flushes out harmful substances from the bloodstream. However, how much water each person should drink depends on many factors such as weight, age or the activity the person does. On an average, a person should drink at least two liters of water a day.
