Enamel will be damaged

Enamel will be damaged

Experts said that our teeth are made of minerals like enamel, dentin and root cement. When we wake up in the morning, they are covered with bacteria. These bacteria need to be removed before starting the day. If not removed, the food left in the teeth at night will weaken the enamel along with the acidity of coffee. Therefore, do not brush your teeth after breakfast or drinking coffee, do it beforehand. Otherwise, your enamel will be severely damaged.
