The ball is not in our court… Who is Dhoni’s favorite bowler? Name revealed

New Delhi. Former Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has revealed the name of his/her favorite bowler. Dhoni, however, did not reveal his/her favorite batsman. When he/she was asked to choose between Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, he/she flatly refused. Dhoni chose Jaspreet Bumrah as his/her favorite bowler, who played an important role in Team India’s T20 World Cup victory. Bumrah bowled brilliantly in the Indian team’s T20 World Cup victory. Whenever the team needed wickets, the captain expressed confidence in this bowler and Bumrah always made his/her leader happy with his/her bowling.

During a promotional event, MS Dhoni said, ‘It is easy to choose my favorite bowler because he/she is Bumrah (Jasprit Bumrah). It is difficult to choose a batsman because there are so many good batsmen. This does not mean that our bowlers are not good. It is difficult to choose one among the batsmen. I do not want to choose anyone. Hopefully they all keep scoring runs.’
