The argument between Siraj and Head may prove costly, ICC is preparing to take action

New Delhi. India’s fast bowler Mohammad Siraj and Australia’s in-form batsman Travis Head got into a tussle during the Adelaide Test. Both these players may have to bear the brunt of the heated debate that took place during the Pink Ball Test. According to a report, the International Cricket Council is preparing to take action against Siraj and Head.

In the second Test match played at Adelaide Oval, Mohammed Siraj celebrated aggressively after dismissing Travis Head. Seeing this, Head got angry and used abusive language while returning to the pavilion. This incident took place on the second day of the Pink Ball Test played in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. There has been a lot of controversy regarding the debate between the two.

According to The Daily Telegraph, Siraj and Head will face a disciplinary hearing. However, the Australian team said that they had made up after the hosts’ spectacular 10-wicket win. After this incident, he/she will not receive any punishment from the match referee but he/she may have to face a fine and one demerit point.

After getting out, Travis Head uttered abusive words which was visible to everyone in the video but he/she blamed Siraj in the press conference. he/she said that he/she was praising Siraj while praising the ball. Indian bowler Siraj says that Head is spreading lies because he/she was abused after watching the celebration.
