Team India’s captain changed…when will the second test be played against Australia?


New Delhi. Indian cricket team has won the opening round of Australia tour. India defeated Australia by 295 runs in the first Test match of the series played at Optus Stadium in Perth. The second test match of the series will be played in Adelaide from 6 December. This test will be played day and night with pink ball. However, the captain of the Indian team will change in the second Test played with pink ball. Rohit Sharma will return as captain in this test. Jasprit Bumrah took command of Team India in the absence of Rohit in the first Test match. After paternity leave, Rohit recently reached Australia where he/she has started practicing with the team.

There has also been a change in the timing of the second test match. The first Test match played at the Optus Stadium in Perth was starting at 7.50 am Indian time, but the timing of the Adelaide Test is different. The day night test match to be played in Adelaide will start at 9:30 am. The toss will take place half an hour earlier at 9 o’clock. This means that fans will not have to lose sleep to enjoy this test.

Team India has won the 3 day night test
The Indian team is ahead 1-0 in the 5-match test series. India has played 4 day-night tests so far, in which it has won 3 and lost one match. The Indian team has earlier played a pink ball test match with the host team in Adelaide where it lost by 8 wickets. The Australian team’s record in the pink ball test is excellent. Host Australia has played 12 Tests so far where it has lost only one.

Jaiswal and Kohli scored centuries
In the first Test played in Perth, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Virat Kohli played century innings for India, while KL Rahul played an important role in India’s victory by scoring a half-century. In bowling, Jasprit Bumrah led the team from the front and shone by taking 8 wickets. This was India’s first win in two Tests under the captaincy of Bumrah.
