The paperwork revealed that Nanavati Construction has taken 6065 square feet of commercial space in Western Wind on Juhu Tara Road on rent for 5 years at a rent of Rs 18 lakh per month. The rent of the property rented by Tamannaah Bhatia will increase to Rs 20.16 lakh in the fourth year and Rs 20.96 lakh in the fifth year. Looking at the documents, it is known that it includes apartments in the basement and ground floor of the building. According to the report of ‘Hindustan Times’, the registration was done on 27 June 2024 and a security deposit of Rs 72 lakh was given for this deal.
