In recent weeks, China is visually enhancing its ability to invade Taiwan’s beaches with blind new naval devices.

This includes a formal launch of a huge landing helicopter assault (LHA) vessel, of which there is no other naval in the world, and large -scale production of floating bridge dock to help unload ships during beach landing. Both types of equipment are strong indications that China is serious about attacking Taiwan one day.

The issue of Taiwan-China is a complex and long geopolitical conflict focused on Taiwan’s sovereignty. Taiwan, officially known as the Republic of China (ROC), operates its government, military and economy, serves as a real independent state.

However, China considers Taiwan to be a breakway province and emphasizes the “One China” policy, which claims that there is only one China as its capital with Beijing.

It has promoted decades of tension, especially since the Chinese Civil War (1945–1949), when the ROC government retreated in Taiwan after the Communist Party led by Mao Zedong, controlled the mainland China.

Beijing has continuously expressed its goal of reunion with Taiwan, using diplomatic, economic and military pressure to separate Taiwan internationally. Meanwhile, Taiwan, supported by an important part of its population, continues to maintain its freedom.
