While presenting arguments in the court on June 5, Alden said that both India and America have agreed to the provision of the treaty.

Tahawwur Rana is one of the main conspirators of the 26/11 terrorist attacks

Let us tell you that Rana, who is currently lodged in a Los Angeles jail, is facing charges of his/her involvement in the Mumbai attacks. he/she is believed to be an accomplice of Pakistani-American terrorist David Coleman Headley, one of the main conspirators of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. Rana’s lawyer John D. Kline said that there is no proper evidence to support the probable cause. Alden said that there is enough evidence to support the probable cause that Rana knew what was going to happen in India between 2006 and 2008. he/she said, ‘he/she met David Headley several times.
