Sunrisers Hyderabad trapped in Trent Boult’s trap, lost 3 wickets in powerplay, situation was similar against KKR too


New Delhi. The second qualifier match of IPL 2024 is being played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals (SRH vs RR). Rajasthan Royals won the toss in the match and decided to bowl first, which seems to be working for them. Sunrisers Hyderabad team came to bat first and lost 3 wickets quickly. Trent Boult did this feat for Rajasthan.

Trent Boult bowled amazing as soon as he/she came for Rajasthan. The first 3-4 balls were bad for him/her. But in the first over, he/she dismissed in-form opener Abhishek Sharma. Abhishek was out after scoring 12 runs on 5 balls. After this, Rahul Tripathi, who was looking in form, was also out by Trent Boult in the fourth over. Rahul played an inning of 37 runs in 15 balls. But got caught out by Yuzvendra Chahal. Aiden Markram lost his/her wicket on the last ball of the fourth over. he/she was caught out by Chahal.

SRH’s condition was similar against KKR also
Sunrisers Hyderabad’s situation was similar against KKR in Qualifier 1. Hyderabad captain Pat Cummins won the toss and decided to bat first. But Starc was the first to attack this decision of Australia’s Cummins. Mitchell Starc shook Sunrisers Hyderabad by taking 3 wickets in the powerplay. After powerplay, Hyderabad’s score was 45 runs for 4 wickets. However, Hyderabad’s score against Rajasthan is 3 wickets for 68 runs.
