Strong storm of ‘Pushpa 2’ on third day, film reaches close to Rs 600 crore worldwide

Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ has been creating new records every day since its release. This film, released on December 5, made 11 records and earned bumper earnings. Now on the third day i.e. first Saturday, it created history. ‘Pushpa 2’, directed by Sukumar, crossed the Rs 200 crore mark in Hindi in just three days. At the same time, it has crossed the Rs 500 crore mark worldwide in just three days. With the opening of Rs 164.25 crore, ‘Pushpa 2’ became the biggest opener in the country and around the world. Not only this, it overtook the lifetime collection of its prequel ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ in just two days. ‘Pushpa 2’ had a worldwide gross collection of Rs 421.30 crore within two days of its release. Now within three days it has reached close to Rs 600 crore. According to Sacnilk report, Allu Arjun’s film has earned Rs 598.90 crore worldwide in three days. At the same time, it has earned Rs 135 crore in overseas theaters in three days. Whereas the three-day gross collection of ‘Pushpa 2’ across the country has reached Rs 463.9 crore.

‘Pushpa: The Rise’ also surpassed in worldwide lifetime earnings

‘Pushpa 2’ has overtaken ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ in terms of lifetime earnings not only in the country but across the world. ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ had a worldwide gross collection of Rs 350.10 crore when it was released in the year 2021. But ‘Pushpa 2’ has made a gross collection of Rs 598.90 crore in just three days.

Apart from Allu Arjun, ‘Pushpa 2’ stars Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil and Tarak Ponnappa. The film is getting good response. But the interesting thing is that ‘Pushpa 2’, originally made in Telugu language, is earning more than the Hindi version. In just three days, the Hindi version has earned Rs 200.7 crores and the Tamil version has earned Rs 154.55 crores.
