Star Sports will remain home of sport for India in 2023, will show live in 80 percent of India

Indian Cricket Team LIVE: With the T20 series between India and Sri Lanka starting on January 03, 2023 will begin for the Indian team. Next year the Indian team is going to be very busy and some big tournaments are also to be played. Asia Cup and ODI World Cup are to be held next year. Apart from this, India has to play series against teams like New Zealand and Australia. A lot of changes are taking place regarding the TV broadcast of cricket, but there is good news for the Indian fans.

Most of India’s matches will come on Star Sports Network

Next year, 80 percent of the matches in which the Indian team is going to be involved will be shown on the Star Sports network. Simply put, all the domestic matches of the Indian team can be seen live on Star Sports and Hotstar. Apart from this, ODI World Cup and Asia Cup are also to be organized on this channel. Star will not have the rights of the Indian team’s tour of South Africa and it will be organized on some other channel.

Indian team will be busy in these series next year

Indian team after the series of six limited overs matches against Sri Lanka Will host New Zealand for a series of six limited overs matches. After this, the Indian team will also host Australia for a four-match Test series in February and then for a three-match ODI series. In September, the Australian team will again visit India for the ODI series. After this Asia Cup and then ODI World Cup is to be organized. While the ODI World Cup will be played in India, the hosting of the Asia Cup is with the Pakistan Cricket Board. At the end of the year, Australia’s team will visit India for a series of five T20 matches.
