SSC GD Physical 2024: Height, Chest and Running.. Know- How is the physical of SSC GD Constable?

SSC GD Selection Process

Through SSC GD Constable Recruitment, candidates are selected in various Central Armed Forces (CAPFs). These include BEF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR and SSF. To get selected in these security forces, candidates have to pass the written examination and physical test.

SSC GD Physical Test Details

The physical test of SSC GD constable will be in two parts. In this, the candidates selected in the written examination are shortlisted for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). In the SSC GD PST test, the measurement of height, weight, chest etc. is taken.

Talking about height, the height of male candidates of general and OBC category should be 170 cm and the height of female candidates of these categories should be 157 cm. Reserved categories have been given relaxation in height. At the same time, the chest of male candidates should be 80 cm and 5 cm expansion.

After the completion of the PST test, candidates have to complete a race within the given time limit. It is different for men and women. Candidates who pass the physical test are later called for a medical test.

Race and Timing for SSC GD Male- 5 kms (24 minutes)

Run and Timing for SSC GD Female – 1.6 Km (8.5 Minutes)

SSC GD Physical Admit Card

The commission has released the SSC GD result on July 10 (SSC GD Answer key) along with the final answer key and cut off marks (SSC GD Cut OFF List). After this, the commission can release the admit card for the physical soon. As soon as the physical admit cards of the candidates are released on the SSC website, NBT Education will inform you about it.
