Punjabi actress Sonam Bajwa has been signed for producer Sajid Nadiadwala’s action-packed franchise ‘Baaghi 4’ after Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Housefull 5’. The shooting of ‘Baaghi 4’ has started and Sonam is expected to join the sets soon. Tiger Shroff had announced the fourth installment of the ‘Baaghi’ franchise on November 18, which will be directed by A Harsha. While sharing the post, Tiger wrote in the caption, ‘A deep feeling, a bloody mission. It’s not like that this time!’ This movie will also star Sanjay Dutt, a dangerous poster of which was released.

A Harsha has made Kannada films ‘Birugali’, ‘Chingari’, ‘Bhajarangi’, ‘Anjani Putra’ and ‘Vedha’. ‘Baaghi’ is an action-thriller film, the first installment of which was released in the year 2016. It was directed by Sabbir Khan. It is a partial remake of the 2004 Telugu film ‘Varsham’, with its climax inspired by the 2011 Indonesian film ‘The Raid: Redemption’. The film starred Tiger, Shraddha Kapoor and Sudhir Babu.

‘Baaghi 2’ directed by Ahmed Khan was released in the year 2018. It was a remake of the Telugu film ‘Kshanam’. The second installment featured Disha Patani, Manoj Bajpayee, Darshan Kumar, Prateik Babbar, Randeep Hooda, Deepak Dobriyal and Aravya Sharma along with Tiger. The third installment of the film was also directed by Ahmed Khan, ‘Baaghi 3’ starred Tiger Shroff, Riteish Deshmukh and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles.
