Son of famous villain of South films Mansoor Ali Khan arrested, police arrested 10 people in this case.

Ali Khan Tughlaq, son of actor Mansoor Ali Khan, who often plays the role of villain in Kollywood films, was arrested by the police on Wednesday along with nine other people on charges of possessing and selling drugs. Ali Khan Tughlaq was arrested after a thorough investigation by Tirumangalam Police in the drug smuggling case. The police had initiated the investigation after receiving intelligence that Tughlaq was linked to persons involved in the drug trade. Many of these people were arrested recently. Authorities had earlier arrested 10 persons, including college students, in connection with the drug smuggling network.

All four were kept in police custody

Tughlaq was arrested along with Syed Saki, Mohammad Riyas Ali and Faisal Ahmed and all four were kept in police custody for further questioning.

Trafficking in countries like Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Australia

Several cases of international drug syndicate have been registered in Tamil Nadu, in which banned narcotics are smuggled to countries like Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Australia. It is in great demand in these countries.

Recently a foreign national was arrested

The local police and the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) have increased their vigilance following an alert over the use of Tamil Nadu as a transit point for drug smuggling. The Chennai Police recently arrested a foreign national, who is believed to be the mastermind of a gang involved in smuggling the drug methamphetamine into Tamil Nadu.

Have worked with Thalapathy Vijay and Trisha Krishnan

Arumbakkam police arrested 12 people including Philip in this case. It is said that Mansoor Ali Khan is famous for playing the role of villain in South films. he/she has also worked in the superhit film ‘Leo’ with actors Thalapathy Vijay and Trisha Krishnan.

Mansool Ali Khan had said bad things about Trisha

Earlier this year, Mansoor Ali Khan had also made headlines by making some controversial remarks against actress Trisha. A video of Khan went viral on social media in which he/she said in Tamil, “When I heard that I was acting with Trisha, I thought there would be a bedroom scene in the film. I thought I would take her in the bedroom. I will go, as I have done a lot of rape scenes in my previous films and this is not new to me. But these people did not even show me Trisha on the sets.”

Trisha also gave a befitting reply

Later, Trisha also expressed her views on this comment of Mansoor Ali Khan and called it derogatory, anti-women and cheap. She had said- I am grateful that I never had to share screen space with people with bad thinking like him/her and I will ensure that I never have to do so in the rest of my film career. Trisha had also written in the end – People like him/her defame humanity.
