In this, you have to press 1 for security assistance, medical assistance and accident assistance. Similarly, press 2 for railway related inquiries, 3 for catering, 4 for general complaint, 5 for corruption complaint, 6 for information related to parcel and freight, if you want to get information related to trains operated by IRCTC, then you have to press 7.

If you want to lodge a complaint while travelling in a moving train, you will have to mention your seat number and PNR number. Also, if you are present on the platform of any station and you get bad quality food from the food shops there or you are being charged more for any item, then you can lodge a complaint by dialling 139. Apart from this, you can also lodge a complaint through Rail Madad app.

by email: You can complain by emailing the Railways Department. You can visit the Railways Department website, fill out the complaint form, or send a complaint to their email ID.
By Twitter: You can also complain through the official Twitter handle of the trains department.
