New Delhi : Self-proclaimed Baba Bhole Baba’s lawyer AP Singh has made a shocking claim in the Hathras incident. Singh alleged on Sunday that eyewitnesses told him/her that during the satsang in Hathras on July 2, some people in the crowd opened boxes filled with poisonous substances. This is why there was a stampede in the satsang. In Delhi, Singh also alleged that there was a conspiracy behind the stampede.

he/she claimed that this conspiracy was hatched due to the ‘growing popularity’ of Bhole Baba. 121 people, mostly women, were killed in a stampede after the ‘satsang’ of self-proclaimed Baba Surajpal alias Narayan Sakar Hari alias ‘Bhole Baba’ in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. After the incident, people have demanded action against Baba.

Baba has not fled anywhere: Lawyer

Meanwhile, Baba’s lawyer AP Singh reached Aligarh’s Deen Dayal Hospital on Thursday and met the families of the injured and the deceased. Talking to journalists, Baba’s lawyer AP Singh said that Baba has not fled anywhere, he/she is cooperating in the investigation and is in Uttar Pradesh. Baba has sent his/her message through me and expressed condolences to the deceased.
