Some parts of my disagreement note were removed on the Waqf Bill, Owaisi’s shocking claim


New Delhi: With the presentation of the budget, the proceedings of Parliament started again on Monday. However, when the proceedings of Parliament started at 11 am, the opposition raised the demand for discussion on Mahakumbh stampede. There was a lot of uproar over this. Meanwhile, the opposition walked out from the Rajya Sabha. There is a discussion that a report of the Joint Parliamentary Committee will be presented on the Waqf (Amendment) Bill in the Lok Sabha. Earlier, AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi has made a shocking claim regarding the Waqf Amendment Bill. he/she said that some parts of my disagreement on the Waqf bill were removed without my knowledge.

Asaduddin Owaisi of AIMIM claimed in the post on X that parts of his/her disagreement note had been removed. he/she said that I had handed over a detailed disagreement to JPC against the Waqf Bill. It is shocking that some parts of my note were edited without my knowledge. The deleted sections were not controversial, they had only explained the facts.

These parties disagree on the bill

In fact, disagreement notes were introduced on behalf of opposition members of Congress, TMC, DMK, Shiv Sena (UBT) and AIMIM. In this, the Bill was called an attack on the ‘constitutional rights of the Muslim community’. Asaduddin Owaisi of AIMIM claimed that parts of his/her disagreement note were removed. It is shocking that some parts of my note were removed without my knowledge. The removed parts were not disputed in any way, only the facts were reported in them.

Uproar as soon as the proceedings of Parliament start

As the proceedings of Parliament started on Monday, there was a lot of uproar. What is the opposition’s Waqf Bill to say

The opposition believes that through the Waqf Amendment Bill Waqf Board Efforts are being made to reduce the powers and increase the control of the government. The opposition says that this will affect the religious freedom of the Muslim community. The Waqf Board manages the religious properties of the Muslim community. This bill can lead to changes in the use and management of Waqf properties. This causes concern in the Muslim community.

There is a possibility of uproar over the bill in Parliament

On the other hand, the government says that this bill will improve Waqf properties. This will allow these properties to be used for community development. But the opposition is not sure of this argument of the government. Therefore, this bill is expected to have a tremendous debate in Parliament.
