‘Shut down Niti Aayog…’ Mamta Banerjee made a big demand before meeting with PM Modi, meeting is to be held tomorrow

New Delhi: West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee is going to attend the NITI Aayog meeting to be held in Delhi on July 27. However, before this meeting, Mamata Banerjee has demanded the abolition of NITI Aayog. CM Mamata Banerjee also explained the reason behind her demand. She said that this NITI Aayog should be closed because it does nothing except calling meetings. Along with this, Mamata Banerjee demanded to bring back the Planning Commission.

Mamata Banerjee told the reason for attending the meeting

A day before the Niti Aayog meeting, Mamata Banerjee said that she will attend the meeting. She further said that I will stay in the meeting for some time and raise my voice but if I am not allowed to put forth my point, I will walk out.

Mamata Banerjee condemned the statement of Sukanta Majumdar

Regarding the budget, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee said that all opposition-ruled states including Bengal have been completely deprived in this budget. The Center has treated these states step-motherly. I cannot tolerate such discrimination and political bias against us. At the same time, referring to the proposal of West Bengal BJP President Sukanta Majumdar to merge North Bengal with the Northeast states, Mamata Banerjee said that she strongly condemns such statements. There is a conspiracy to divide Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand and Assam. While ministers are giving statements, there is also a demand to divide the states from other factions of the BJP. Dividing Bengal means dividing India.
