Shahrukh used to sleep on the floor of the bus, Tigmanshu Dhulia said- We used to walk over him/her, he/she did not mind

Director Tigmanshu Dhulia, who has worked with Shah Rukh Khan in films like ‘Dil Se’ and ‘Zero’, told how the actor used to sleep on the floor of a bus, and people used to walk over him/her. Tigmanshu Dhulia praised Shah Rukh’s nature and humility. Shah Rukh Khan is not only the superstar of the country, but also a person who has maintained his/her humility while ruling the film industry for 30 years. There was a time when Shah Rukh had to struggle a lot. People were also hesitant to work with him/her, but today it is every actor and producer-director’s dream to get a chance to work with King Khan. Tigmanshu Dhulia recalled the incident of ‘Dil Se’ which was released in the year 1989.

Shahrukh Khan used to sleep on the floor of the bus

Tigmanshu Dhulia told Mashable India in an interview that due to the lack of a vanity van at that time, Shahrukh used to sleep on the floor of the bus. he/she said, ‘he/she is a very humble person. I can’t even tell you how humble he/she is. I saw it during ‘Dil Se’ itself, and he/she was already a big star at that time.’

‘We would have walked over Shahrukh, he/she wouldn’t have minded’

he/she further said, ‘During the shooting of the film in Ladakh, there was no vanity van. Shahrukh would sleep on the floor of the bus after having lunch. But during that time, he/she neither stopped anyone from entering the bus nor did he/she say that no one should enter this bus.’

‘There was neither a vanity nor anything else, so Shahrukh used to take a nap on the floor in the bus’

Tigmashun Dhulia told that when he/she was shooting in Ladakh with Mani Ratnam and the entire team, Shahrukh used to decide where he/she wanted to shoot. he/she said, ‘There was neither a vanity van nor anything else. So Shahrukh used to take a nap for 30 minutes after lunch in the bus in which we used to travel. Since all our luggage was in the bus, everyone used to come and go over Shahrukh. But he/she never objected.’

Shahrukh used to arrange chairs for everyone on the set of ‘Zero’ and would ask for food

Tigmanshu Dhulia said that since Shahrukh Khan was the star of the film, he/she could have objected. If he/she wanted to sleep for 30 minutes, he/she should get that time without any disturbance, but this did not happen. Tigmanshu Dhulia later worked in Shahrukh’s home production film ‘Zero’. he/she played the role of Shahrukh’s father in the film. Tigmanshu told that on the set, Shahrukh would arrange chairs for everyone and ask everyone whether they had lunch or not.
