Shahrukh Khan’s Ganpati immersion video goes viral, King Khan is seen worshipping Bappa with a tilak on his/her forehead

On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, Shah Rukh Khan’s fans have taken to social media to share heartwarming videos of the Bollywood superstar celebrating the festival with his/her family. As photos and videos of Bollywood stars immersing themselves in the festival surfaced online, a throwback clip of Shah Rukh along with his/her wife Gauri Khan, daughter Suhana and son AbRam started going viral online, in which they are seen welcoming Lord Ganesha into their home with reverence and joy. In the video, Shah Rukh Khan is seen performing aarti along with Gauri and Suhana, while little AbRam helps him/her offer flower petals at the feet of the Lord as he/she takes part in the ritual. The video also shows the Khan family’s celebrations over the years, with the superstar leaving his/her house barefoot to immerse the Ganesha idol in the ocean.

Over the years, Shah Rukh and his/her family have also been visiting several Ganpati pandals in the city to seek the blessings of the Lord. The Khan family is known for celebrating festivals with great enthusiasm and inculcating religious traditions in their home. On the work front, Shah Rukh and daughter Suhana are all set to work together in the film ‘King’, in which Abhishek Bachchan will be seen playing the villain.

According to new reports, the film will reportedly go on the floors in 2025. Meanwhile, Shah Rukh will collaborate with both his/her sons AbRam and Aryan for the upcoming Hollywood live-action film ‘Mufasa: The Lion King’. The Khan trio will lend their voices to the lead roles in the film, which will release later this year.
