A complaint was filed against Shahrukh Khan, stating that he/she was responsible for the stampede as he/she had thrown T-shirts and smiley balls at the crowd. The Gujarat High Court had dismissed the complaint filed against Shahrukh Khan for the stampede. While one person was killed and many others were injured. Later the Supreme Court upheld the High Court order.
