According to reports, Shahid and Mira have bought a new apartment at a huge price in Mumbai and this is their second property. According to the registered papers obtained by IndexTap.com, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput have bought a new apartment in the Oberoi 360 West project in Mumbai’s Worli area. Bought a luxury apartment worth about Rs 59 crore. The documents also say the apartment measures 5,395 square feet and has three parking spaces. The documents revealed that the property transaction worth Rs 58.66 crore was done on May 24, 2024.

Shahid Kapoor bought a new apartment

Talking more about Shahid’s new apartment, ‘Hindustan Times’ reported that it is located on a high floor of Oberoi Realty and was purchased by the Kapoor family from Chandak Realtors Pvt. Ltd. This apartment has been purchased from Chandak Realty. Brokers said Chandak Realtors had bought the apartment and now sold it to the Kapoors in February 2023.
