In this, parts of the bungalow will also be extended. Shah Rukh Khan has also taken approval from the court for the bungalow's extension. This bungalow of King Khan 'vow' actually falls under the category of 'Grade III' heritage property. These apartments are from filmmaker and Rakul Preet Singh's husband Jackie Bhagnani and his/her elder sister Deepshikha Deshmukh.Shahrukh has taken 3 years of lease, fare total Rs 8.70 croreThe report also stated that Sharukh has tied up for 36 months with Jackie Bhagnani and Deepshikha.
