Sanju Samson has his/her eyes on the big record, can score a hat-trick of centuries today

New Delhi. The Indian team will expect another great innings from Sanju Samson, who is in explosive form. The second T20 match is to be played between India and South Africa on Sunday. Team India would like to continue its winning campaign by registering its second consecutive win. Opener Sanju Samson has scored two consecutive T20 centuries in the last two matches. he/she will have a chance to create a unique record by scoring his/her third century.

Samson played a brilliant inning of 107 runs on 50 balls in the first match played in Durban, due to which India won the match by 61 runs. Opener Abhishek Sharma, despite getting many opportunities, could not take advantage of them, which is a big concern for the team management. he/she is struggling to score runs after scoring a century against Zimbabwe earlier this year. No changes are expected in India’s playing eleven but the team management will be disappointed to see the lack of consistency in Abhishek’s performance.

Tilak Verma played a stormy inning of 33 runs in 18 balls but he/she needs to convert such a start into a big score. Captain Suryakumar Yadav also could not take advantage of the good start in the first match while all-rounder Hardik Pandya also did not live up to the expectations. The Indian middle order looks strong on paper but in the first match they were seen struggling to maintain partnerships. India lost six wickets in 36 runs due to which, despite being in a very strong position at one time, it could only reach 202 runs for eight wickets.

Varun Chakraborty continued his/her good performance by taking three wickets while his/her spin partner Ravi Bishnoi also performed impressively. Fast bowlers Arshdeep Singh and Avesh Khan also played their roles well. South Africa failed to avenge the defeat suffered by India in the T20 World Cup final in June this year. he/she is missing many of his/her senior players. If South Africa has to stop India’s winning campaign, then its young players will have to perform as per international cricket.
