Sadhus and saints have been getting a lot of support… this time why are Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat’s statements being criticized?

New Delhi : We have been living in harmony for a long time. After the construction of Ram temple, some people feel that they can become leaders of Hindus by raising similar issues in new places. This is not acceptable. Every day a new matter (controversy) is being raised. How can this be allowed? Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat said this in a lecture on the topic ‘Bharat-Vishwaguru’ in the Sahajeevan Lecture Series in Pune a few days ago. Earlier, the Sangh chief had said that there is no need to find a temple under every mosque. This time, there is an uproar over the statement of the RSS chief amid the controversy over finding a temple and a well in Muslim areas in Sambhal. This statement of RSS Chief has been criticized by saints and sages. At the same time, many Muslim organizations have welcomed.

Earlier we used to get along but…

Generally, the saffron faction as well as the sages and saints have always supported the statement of the Sangh chief. From Ram temple to Hindu culture, the statement from the Sangh gets full support. However, this time the picture seems completely opposite. From monks and saints to the saffron faction is also criticizing the Sangh chief. The Sangh chief is also being criticized a lot on social media. People say that they cannot understand why the Sangh chief is speaking such language. This disagreement highlights ongoing tensions within the Hindu community over the role of the RSS in spiritual matters.

Religion has to be understood and it is very difficult to understand religion. Man is not able to understand, only the one who is very knowledgeable will understand. he/she listens to things very carefully and the ignorant person considers the speaker to be knowledgeable and hence listens to him/her. There are many people who have incomplete knowledge. Such people think that they know everything, whereas it is their ego.

Mohan Bhagwat, RSS chief

What are the saints and sages saying?

AKSS general secretary Swami Jitendranand Saraswati said that such religious matters should be decided by ‘dharmacharyas’ (religious leaders) rather than by the RSS, which he/she described as a ‘cultural organisation’. At the same time, Swami Rambhadracharya Maharaj said that his/her statement could be personal, it has nothing to do with us, because he/she is not our disciplinarian. he/she may be the director of the Sangh, not of Hindu religion.

Swami Rambhadracharya said that wherever there are certified places of Hindu religion, we will be present there. Wherever evidence of ancient temples is available, we will try to restore them. This is not a new imagination for us, but the preservation of our culture and religion based on truth.

What are Muslim organizations saying?

This statement of RSS Chief has been welcomed by many Muslim organizations. Juman Syed Jadgan Secretary Syed Sarwar Chishti has said that RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat is absolutely right. But, what did you do if you regained consciousness after losing everything? Now the genie is out of the bottle, no one is ready to listen. I would like people to gain intelligence. Ever since the Ram Janmabhoomi movement started, the atmosphere has deteriorated.

Indian civilization is 1000 years old and wherever excavation is done, it is natural to find something or the other. Excavation in any religious place can reveal old things, be it a temple, mosque or church. Things related to old civilization should be respected and not politicized.

Tariq Anwar, Congress MP

Maulana Qari Ishaq Gora had said that the statement given by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat regarding temple-mosque is welcome. Gora said, we have said it before and say it again, it is not necessary that a person says the wrong thing every time. his/her statement is praiseworthy. But unfortunately his/her disciples are not agreeing to this. he/she should also say in his/her statement that if anyone does not follow this and does not stop the work of finding temples in mosques, then legal action will be taken against him/her.

‘Bhagwat is misleading the society’

Regarding a recent statement of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat, the Congress on Monday alleged that he/she has made the comment only to mislead the society as the temple-mosque dispute in many places has been at the behest of the RSS. . Party general secretary Jairam Ramesh also claimed that Bhagwat thinks that such things will wash away the sins of RSS and improve its image, but that is not going to happen.

There was uproar over which statement of Mohan Bhagwat?

Mohan Bhagwat had participated in the centenary celebrations of Mahanubhava Ashram in Amravati. Here he/she said that religion is important and it should be taught properly. he/she said that all oppression and atrocities in the name of religion are due to misunderstanding and lack of understanding of religion. Religion is important and it should be taught properly. The Sangh chief had said that religion has to be understood completely, if one does not understand it completely then he/she commits unrighteousness due to his/her half knowledge of religion.

he/she said that all the atrocities that have taken place in the world in the name of religion have happened due to incomplete knowledge. To explain the religion, a sect is needed, without it even the sect cannot function and Baba has told that for that we need intelligence.. We call the sect which has intelligence as a sect.

The country is governed by the constitution

Not only this, the Sangh chief had said who is the minority and who is the majority? Everyone is equal here. The tradition of this country is that everyone can follow their own method of worship. All that is required is to live in good faith and follow the rules and laws. Some groups who came from outside brought with them fanaticism and they want their old regime to return. he/she said, “But now the country runs according to the Constitution. In this system, people elect their representatives, who run the government. The days of hegemony are gone.
