Be a little less serious

Sadhguru said that adults take everything seriously and are often tense. They should be free like children and avoid overthinking. This means that instead of raising children, you should focus on raising yourself.

consider the child a role model

Consider your child as your role model and not consider yourself as a role model in front of him/her. By doing this everything will start to fall in place. When you start feeling like a child, then you yourself will be happy. To be happy it is important to live life like a child.

Make children advisors

Sadhguru says that if we talk about adults and children, then children are happier than adults, so parents should make their children their advisors. If you are a person who is happier than your child, then naturally the child will start considering you as his/her ideal.

Forgive me

An article published on the toddleabout website says that children forgive easily and forget things. Adults and parents should also do the same. Do not hold on to bad memories and things because they only hurt you. You can learn the quality of forgiveness from your child.

to be honest

One more thing you can learn from children is honesty. Children are not afraid to speak the truth or speak their mind and they have no filter. You should also learn this skill from your child. This will make your life much easier. When your child sees you as an honest person, he/she will automatically make you his/her role model. This will benefit you as well and will also give the right direction to your child’s life.
