Sabotage in Jharkhand, Haryana! PDP leader joined hands with lotus in JK… Did BJP not learn any lesson from Lok Sabha elections?

New Delhi: In the Lok Sabha elections held about four months ago, BJP did not get the expected success. However, the party was successful in forming the government at the center. Now BJP is going to forget the past and move forward. The party leadership is eyeing the upcoming assembly elections. The dates for the assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir and Haryana have been announced. Elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand are also to be held in the coming days. In such a situation, BJP is constantly engaged in its strategic preparations. However, before these elections, questions are being raised about the way BJP is seen trying to bring the angry leaders of the opposition parties with it. The biggest question is that did BJP not learn any lesson from the results of the Lok Sabha elections? Is BJP once again repeating the same mistake that it made in the last general elections?

How successful is BJP’s sabotage bet?

It seems so because BJP has started sabotage in Jharkhand and Haryana. It seems to be trying to bring the angry leaders of opposition parties with it. There is news that BJP has kept the doors open for senior Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leader and former Jharkhand CM Champai Soren. It is being said that Champai Soren is in touch with the BJP leadership, which is why he/she has opened a front against the JMM leadership. However, he/she did not say anything directly about joining BJP, but through a social media post, he/she told the party leadership that he/she has options open. Even though the election dates have not been announced in Jharkhand, the political temperature is high. This is because former CM and senior Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leader Champai Soren is seen in a rebellious mood.

Champai Soren showed his/her attitude in Jharkhand

Not only this, there is also a discussion that along with Champai Soren, many JMM leaders and MLAs can also leave the party. If this happens, it will be no less than a big shock for Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren just before the elections. Former Bihar Chief Minister and Union Minister in the Modi government, Jitan Ram Manjhi, has even welcomed Champai Soren to the NDA by tweeting. However, the question is whether Champai Soren will join BJP? Will BJP again follow the strategy of sabotage in the electoral states?

Many JJP MLAs broke away in Haryana

BJP’s plan in Haryana also seems to be something like this. Immediately after the announcement of elections, Jannayak Janata Party MLA Anoop Dhanak resigned from the party. Apart from him/her, Ramniwas Surjakhera, Jogi Ram Sihag and Ram Kumar Gautam also announced to leave JJP. In this way, only three MLAs are left in JJP. Anoop Dhanak was very close to Dushyant Chautala. he/she was made a minister of state in the 2019 BJP-JJP coalition government. However, just before the Lok Sabha elections held this year, JJP broke its alliance with BJP. Now as soon as the assembly elections come, the split in JJP has started.

PDP leader in Jammu and Kashmir joins BJP

It seems so because with the announcement of elections in Jammu and Kashmir, BJP has started giving entry to leaders of other parties in its party. The latest case is of PDP leader and former minister Zulfkar Ali, who has been included in BJP. Zulfkar Ali met Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi on 17 August. Since then it was felt that he/she would leave Mehbooba Mufti’s party PDP and join BJP. Even though BJP is playing the game of sabotage in opposition parties in view of the upcoming assembly elections, will the party benefit from it?

Did BJP not learn a lesson from the Lok Sabha election results?

These questions have arisen because the party had played a similar trick during the Lok Sabha elections. Not only did it include many leaders of opposition parties in its fold but also gave them Lok Sabha tickets. However, the election results made it clear that the party’s plan was not as successful as was expected. Now once again BJP seems to be walking on the same path. It remains to be seen whether BJP will be successful in these elections?
