S-400 ‘Sudarshan’ showed its power, Air Force’s enthusiasm increased after seeing the ‘enemy’ being wiped out

New Delhi : The Sudarshan S-400 air defense missile system achieved great success in a recent exercise. Here it ‘shot down’ 80 percent of the ‘enemy’ fighter aircraft package, while forcing others to retreat. This led to the abort of their missions. Defense sources told news agency ANI that the exercise was conducted by the Indian Air Force in a theater where the force had deployed one of its squadrons of long-range air defense missile systems.

The attack was thwarted

According to the report, this exercise was conducted by the Indian Air Force to demonstrate the full integration of the air defense missile system. During the exercise, real fighter aircraft were flying to test the capabilities of the S-400 weapon system. By ‘locking and targeting’ in the simulated action, 80 percent of the ‘enemy’ offensive package was ‘shot down’. The remaining aircraft aborted their mission. Their aim was to ‘attack’ their targets in Indian territory. In such a situation, they were stopped by the air defense system.

Name given to the Chakra of Krishna

The Indian Air Force has now fully integrated the system. Three of its squadrons have already been inducted into the force. Two more are expected to be supplied in 2026. The Indian side has requested that Russia expedite the delivery of the system. During a high-level visit to Russia, the Indian side also requested the Russian side to deliver the system. The Indian Air Force has named its S-400 air defence system in a mythological reference. A symbol of destruction, the IAF had named the S-400 air defence missile system ‘Sudarshan’. Sudarshan is the primary weapon of Lord Krishna.
