RPSC Vacancy 2024: Vacancy for Jailor in Rajasthan, this RPSC recruitment is for graduates, see notification

RPSC Recruitment 2024: Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the official notification for recruitment to the posts of Deputy Jailor in the Prison Department on July 1. The commission has invited online applications from the candidates for recruitment to these posts. Interested candidates can fill the application form from 8 July 2024 on the official website of RPSC, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. At the same time, the last date to apply is 6 August 2024 till 12 pm.

RPSC Jailor Vacancy 2024 Notification: Qualification required to become a Jailor

To apply in this recruitment of Rajasthan, candidates should be graduates from a recognized university. Also, they should know how to write in Devanagari script of Hindi. Apart from this, candidates should also have knowledge of Rajasthani culture. Candidates studying in the last year of graduation are also eligible to apply in this recruitment, provided they have to provide proof of acquiring their educational qualification before the interview conducted by the commission. Salary– Salary will be given per month as per Matrix Pay Level L-9 (Grade Pay-2800/-).

To apply for these posts of Jailor, the minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years and maximum 26 years as on 1st January 2025. Relaxation has also been given to various categories for reserved posts in the upper age limit.

RPSC Jailer Vacancy 2024 Apply Online: How will the selection be done

In this recruitment, candidates will be selected through written examination, physical efficiency test and interview. If necessary, the Commission can adopt scaling/moderation/normalization method in evaluating the answer sheet/answer key. The Commission will release the final merit list of shortlisted candidates based on the marks obtained in the written examination and interview.
