The web series ‘Black Warrant’ on Delhi’s Tihar Jail and its jailer and other popular issues was released on OTT platform Netflix on January 10. The Serpent is the story of a real serial killer

In this series, you will get a chance to know in detail about Charles Sobhraj, who disguised himself in different countries. Other young citizens who came to visit another area for a few days were given drugs, made sick and robbed. Then he/she would steal their passport. After pasting his/her photo on them, he/she would leave for that country with his/her girlfriend. But before that he/she would kill the victims by burning them. he/she would also make a name for himself by selling stolen diamonds and jewels at double the price. But Herman Knippenberg and Angela got him/her handed over to the police. And got punished.

The series The Serpent, based on the life and crimes of Charles Sobhraj, shakes you to the core. Because how he/she, along with his/her friend Ajay, removes each and every person from his/her way to rob. he/she brutally murders them for money, it is heartbreaking to see. During the 1970s, he/she had murdered about 12 people and on this charge he/she was sentenced to life imprisonment by a Nepali court in 2004. Apart from this, in 2014, the Nepalese court itself sentenced him/her to 20 more years of imprisonment for another murder in 1975. he/she is currently lodged in Kathmandu jail.
