Rishabh Pant may be dropped from Indian playing 11, who will do wicketkeeping?

New Delhi. After losing the fourth match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, the Indian team is considering making changes in the playing 11 for the do-or-kill match. Rishabh Pant’s recent form has not been anything special. In such a situation, the team management is considering playing Dhruv Jurel in place of Rishabh Pant. The fifth Test match between India and Australia will be played in Sydney from January 3.

The options in the playing 11 of the Indian team have been quite surprising throughout this period. Its beginning was seen in Perth when Washington Sundar was given a chance to play in place of Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin. Harshit Rana, who made his/her debut in Perth, was also given a chance in Adelaide but he/she was dropped from the next match. According to this, it can be seen that no one’s place in the playing 11 is safe.

429 runs scored in T20… 22 runs were needed from 6 balls, the bowler single-handedly turned the tables, snatched the victory from the jaws of the opposition.

Rohit Sharma’s suspense regarding Sydney Test is over! Who will replace? The one who started will end the captaincy in the series.

There may be changes in the playing 11 in the fifth match of Border Gavaskar Trophy. The place of wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant is also in danger. he/she has scored only 154 runs in 7 innings of 4 matches in this series. he/she was widely criticized for being out on Boxing Day while trying to scoop the ball from Boland. Sunil Gavaskar even called him/her ‘stupid’. Even in the second innings, when the team needed a good partnership, he/she was caught out while hitting a six to part-timer Travis Head, after which the team’s batting disintegrated.

Pant, who played an important role in India’s victory in the last Border Gavaskar Trophy, has looked very dull this year. In such a situation, now the team management is considering Jurel, who had batted well in the beginning of the tour. 23-year-old Jurel played innings of 80 and 68 runs against Australia A. After which he/she got a chance to play in the Perth Test. But after Perth, he/she was dropped from the playing 11.
