Direct contest between BJP and Congress in Haryana

The assembly elections in Haryana are the first major direct contest between the BJP and Congress after the Lok Sabha elections. The outcome of this election will be used by the winner to create an atmosphere in his/her favor in other states where elections are to be held in the next few months. The main parties in this election are BJP, Congress, Aam Aadmi Party, Indian National Lok Dal-Bahujan Samaj Party and Jannayak Janata Party. There is a possibility of a direct contest between BJP and Congress on most of the seats.

BJP hopeful of victory in Jammu and Kashmir

Apart from this, voting was held in Jammu and Kashmir along with Haryana, but instead of a direct contest between Congress and BJP, there is a possibility of a multi-cornered contest on most of the seats. BJP is behind the majority figure in more than half a dozen exit polls. National Conference and Congress alliance is ahead in the exit poll. However, BJP seems to be performing well in Jammu region. But, BJP is confident that their government is being formed. BJP leader Ashish Sood said, now there is no need to worry about exit polls. Because, the results will come in a few hours and everything will become clear. BJP government is being formed in Jammu and Kashmir.
