In our criminal jurisprudence, three Major Acts have been changed, which further enriches the law. There are timely amendments in the Constitution. The shortcomings are not in the law, they are in the process of implementing it. We have a rule and a law for everything. Our Constitution is one of the most beautiful constitutions in the world. During the study of advocacy, we analyze our constitution with the constitution of other countries of the world, with American Constitution, Irish Constitution, Canadian Act and Megnna Carta and we find our constitution very high. We are talking about Republic Day, of a day when we were subject to the Constitution. I believe that there is scope for amendment in laws, but the philosophy of our constitution is very beautiful, I think we should implement it with full devotion.
