Neeraj Pandey also has former captain of the Indian cricket team Sourav Ganguly in this series. Through this, he/she is making acting debut. Netflix has shared a video, in which Sourav Ganguly is in the police inspector role. This much awaited series has been directed by Debatma Mandal and Tushar Kanti Re together. The crime thriller series will be released on Netflix from March 20. Netflix shared on Instagram while announcing the release date, “The Bengal Tiger Meet the Bengal Chapter. ‘Khaki: The Bengal Chapter’ is releasing on March 20, only on Netflix. ‘
At the beginning of the video, the director asks Prince Sourav Ganguly of Kolkata to give the role of an honest and angry police officer. Sourav is again seen in police uniform. he/she shows his/her angler style and shouts loudly. However, directors are unhappy with this. Then they give them scenes to beat a jailed goon.
Sourav Ganguly talks about beating the batting type and stroke by beating the goons. The high-Octane video shows Dada’s police officer’s look, in which he/she remembers a former coach showing his/her aggressive anger.
According to the OTT Play report, Sourav Ganguly said in a statement about ‘Khaki: The Bengal Chapter’ that Khaki franchise is undoubtedly one of his/her favorite. The series includes Shashwat Chatterjee, Ritwik Bhowmik, Adil Zafar Khan, Pooja Chopra, Akanksha Singh, Mimoh Chakraborty and Shraddha Das.
‘Khaki: The Bengal Chapter’ is the first Hindi series to stream together in Hindi and Bengali on Netflix. Jeet is in the lead roles of Madnani, Prosonjit Chatterjee, Parambrata Chatterjee and Chitrangada Singh. This series is a standalone sequel to ‘Khaki: The Bihar Chapter’. This interesting story set in Kolkata has been created by Neeraj Pandey.
