Material
Raw mango – 1
Chili powder – half teaspoon
Sugar – 10 spoons
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 pinch
Fennel – 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek – 1 pinch
salt – as per taste
Ghee – 2 tbsp

- To make sweet and sour mango chutney, first wash and peel the mango thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.
- Then put ghee in a pan and put cumin, fenugreek and fennel in it.
- After this add mango pieces in ghee and mix.
- Add salt, sugar, turmeric powder and red chili powder to it. Then add a little less than half a cup of water.
- Keep in mind, cook it till the mango starts melting. Now mix the chutney well in the pan.
- Your sweet and sour mango chutney is ready.
- You can store it for 15-20 days. Enjoy eating mango chutney by serving it with bread and snacks.
