American rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is already facing several cases and investigations, and in the meantime he/she has been arrested in a case of sex trafficking and harassment. he/she was arrested from the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan on Monday evening, September 16. The grand jury indictment accused him/her of sex trafficking, sexual harassment and running a racket. Rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ has been charged with several cases of sexual harassment in the past, but he/she denied all of them. At the same time, the court rejected Sean ‘Diddy’s bail plea. After being arrested, the rapper had offered a bail package of $ 50 million for his/her release, but it was rejected. Sean ‘Diddy’ is accused of using his/her business empire for criminal activities. But his/her lawyer called these allegations baseless. he/she said that Combs is innocent. According to the 14-page indictment, Combs turned his/her business empire into a criminal enterprise, in which he/she and his/her associates were engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor and other crimes. The indictment said Combs threatened and coerced the women into complying with his/her sexual desires.

Combs’ lawyer said – he/she is innocent, not a criminal

At the same time, Combs’ lawyer Marc Agnifilo is disappointed with this decision against him/her. he/she said that this is an unjust case being filed against Combs. Agnifilo said that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, philanthropist and self-made businessman who has spent his/her last 30 years building an empire and caring for and uplifting children.

The court rejected an offer of $50 million for bail

Agnifilo wrote a letter to Magistrate Judge Robin F. Tarnofsky of the Southern District of New York, in which he/she demanded the release of his/her client Combs. In return, he/she proposed $ 50 million on behalf of the rapper. he/she also offered his/her Miami house and his/her mother’s house as bail money. But the court rejected Combs’ bail. The court judge did not agree that Combs could fulfill any condition of release or that he/she could appear in court in the future. Especially when he/she has threatened witnesses and victims several times.

10 lawsuits filed against Combs so far

A total of 10 cases have been filed against Combs so far, out of which 9 are cases of sexual assault. After the rapper’s arrest, his/her houses were raided, from where drugs and 1000 bottles of lubricant were recovered.
