Bike taxi platform Rapido continues its support for the COVID-19 vaccination campaign by announcing the second phase of its #ridetovaccinate. The company will provide free rapido rides to all citizens of Delhi NCR to the nearest COVID-19 vaccination center out of the designated 18 hospitals. The initiative aims to provide a safe, affordable and accessible movement to all citizens eligible for vaccination in Delhi NCR. With the Union ministry announcing different measures to step up the vaccination drive in the country, Rapido will do its bit by offering free rides for two weeks from June 10 to 23, 2021. In the first phase of Rapido’s #ridetovacinate campaign, 10,000 free Rapido auto rides worth up to Rs 10 lakh were offered from March 31 to April 11, 2021 in Delhi NCR alone. With the turn of the young population to get vaccinated, Rapido plans to offer a one-time discount of up to Rs.30 at any of the 18 designated hospitals.
