This accident happened on the morning of October 5 and the pain gradually increased. Finally the doctor advised him/her to take complete bed rest. Now his/her recovery is progressing rapidly.

Sources say that Rakul’s injury occurred during deadlift, when the actress was trying to lift a heavy weight of 80 kg without wearing a belt. Due to this, there was a lot of pressure on the nerves near L4, L5 and S1 of the spine. Due to this, the veins got blocked and immediately the blood pressure went down and sweating started. It was a big mistake of his/her to do deadlift without wearing a belt.

L4, L5 and S1 are part of the spine. These are present in your lower waist and this part is strengthened with deadlift. These are important for the stability and movement of both your upper body and lower body.
