Rakesh Roshan asked for footage after seeing Priyanka Chopra at her funeral and got the role in ‘Krrish’

The story of casting her with Hrithik Roshan in the film ‘Krrish’ is also interesting. She told how she was cast in the film ‘Krrish’ (2006), in which she was seen in the lead role with Hrithik Roshan.

Roshan then asked director Abbas-Mustan (who had previously worked with Priyanka in Aitraaz (2004)) to show him/her some footage of her performance.

This role was super innocent whereas Sonia’s character of ‘Aitraaz’ was the opposite.

Priyanka also confessed that she started getting scared whether she would get ‘Krrish’ after seeing the role of ‘Aitraaz’ or not. Actually she was worried whether she would get the role of Priya in ‘Krrish’ or not because this role was super innocent whereas the character of Sonia in ‘Aitraaz’ was quite different from it, she can eat you alive.
