Rajkumar Rao’s ‘Stree 2’ beats Prabhas’s ‘Bahubali’, included in the list of top films

Rajkumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor’s film ‘Stree 2’ continues to create a stir even after 23 days. Generally, such low budget films are standing strong in theatres even after so many days, which even big films are not able to do. Director Amar Kaushik’s film has done wonders from the first day itself. Made in a budget of about 50 crores, this film has crossed the mark of 500 crores across the country and the makers are also surprised to see the response from the audience. Talking about the story of ‘Stree 2’, this time there is terror of Sarkata in the Chanderi village shown in the film ‘Stree 2’, which picks up those girls who have new ideas in their thinking and work. The whole village is living in the terror of Sarkata, while like last time, this time also Rajkumar Rao has to come forward to save his/her village. Comedy has been woven with horror in the story in such a way that the film is tickling people as much as it is scaring them.

507.50 crore collection at the box office

According to Sacnilk’s report, the film has earned Rs 4.25 crore on Friday. Overall, the film has collected Rs 507.50 crore at the domestic box office.

The film came at number nine after beating ‘Bahubali’

At the same time, if we talk about the top earning Indian films till date, ‘Stree 2’ has made it to the top 10. This film has beaten the overall earnings of ‘Bahubali’ and has surpassed it. The film is currently at number nine in the list of highest earning films. However, ‘Stree 2’ is going to have a long run in theaters and it may even surpass the total numbers of ‘Gadar 2’, ‘Pathan’, ‘Animal’ and ‘Jawaan’.

The film crossed the 722 crore mark

Talking about the worldwide collection of ‘Stree 2’, the film has crossed the figure of 717.75 crores in 22 days. On the 23rd day, its earnings have increased to around 722 crores. The film has crossed the figure of 117 crores in foreign countries. The gross collection in India has crossed 600.75 crores.
