Rajasthan NEET Counseling 2024: NEET counseling process is starting in Rajasthan, be ready with these documents

Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling Details: The Rajasthan NEET UG 2024 counselling process will be conducted by RUHS for the academic year 2024-25 from August 2024. The state counselling process will tentatively begin in the first week of August 2024. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the schedule for counselling for 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats. The NEET 2024 counselling process will begin on August 14, 2024, along with the registration process. The Rajasthan NEET counselling 2024 registration process, or the release of the merit list, will likely be done before that.

Rajasthan NEET counseling process

Rajasthan NEET counselling 2024 will be conducted for 85 per cent state quota seats for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in Rajasthan. The counselling process for Rajasthan NEET UG 2024 counselling will be completely online, except for the last step which includes institute reporting and document verification.

There will be around five to six rounds of NEET counselling. The NEET 2024 exam was held on May 5, 2024, from 2 pm to 5.20 pm in 571 cities across India and abroad.

The NEET result was declared on June 4, 2024. Since the Supreme Court had struck down the graduation system, NTA conducted NEET 2024 again with grace marks for 1,563 candidates and its result was declared on July 1, 2024.

On the other hand, since the Supreme Court verdict on various NEET 2024 petitions rejected the bonus marks for a particular question, NTA released the revised scorecard and merit list of NEET 2024 on July 26, 2024. The revised scorecards of these candidates will be sent to RUHS Jaipur for preparing the merit list.

Only those candidates who will qualify for NEET 2024 by securing the NEET cutoff marks (as per the final scorecard where the cutoff marks for each category fall short by two marks) will be eligible to participate in the counselling process for Rajasthan NEET UG 2024.
