14th December is the 100th birth anniversary of Raj Kapoor, known as the ‘Show Man’ of Indian cinema. On this occasion, RK Films, Film Heritage Foundation, NFDC, NFAI and Cinemas are coming together to celebrate a special festival. In this, 10 films of Raj Kapoor will be released in 135 theaters in 40 cities. The festival named ‘Raj Kapoor 100 – Celebrating the Centenary of the Greatest Showman’ will begin on December 13 and continue till December 15. Raj Kapoor’s films will be screened at PVR-Inox and Cinepolis theatres. The special thing is that the ticket price in every cinema hall has been kept at only Rs 100, so that everyone can be a part of this magical journey.
