Rae Bareli MP Rahul Gandhi wrote from his/her official x handle that the propaganda machinery of the Modi government, which has failed to fulfill the promises made to the farmers, is constantly engaged in insulting the farmers. The BJP MP calling the farmers who sacrificed 700 comrades during the 378-day marathon struggle as rapists and representatives of foreign forces is another proof of the BJP’s anti-farmer policy and intentions. This shameful anti-farmer statement is a grave insult to the farmers of the entire country including Western Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab, which cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

‘We will ensure legal guarantee of MSP’
The government committee formed at the time of withdrawing the farmers’ movement is still in cold storage. The government has not been able to clarify its stand on MSP till date, the families of the martyred farmers have not been given any relief and on top of that, their character assassination is continuing. The Modi government’s betrayal of the farmers cannot be hidden by disrespecting the food providers and attacking their dignity. No matter how much conspiracy Narendra Modi and BJP do, INDIA will ensure that the farmers get a legal guarantee of MSP.

Kangana’s controversial statement
Actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut said during a conversation that if there was no strong government in the country, the situation in the country could have been like Bangladesh. She had said that the way farmers were sitting on the border in protest against the three agricultural laws, the situation could have become like that of the neighboring country in the future. As soon as this statement created a stir, the Bharatiya Janata Party distanced itself from Kangana Ranaut’s statement and also issued a letter and warned.
