Priyanka Gandhi met Amit Shah, asked for special package for Wayanad, know what he/she said

New Delhi: Congress leader and Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has met the Union Home Minister. Amit Shah Have met. Congress MP in Parliament has met the Union Home Minister demanding a special package for Wayanad. There was a landslide in Kerala’s Wayanad on July 30 amid heavy rains, causing devastation in a large area. Thousands of people were affected in this landslide and hundreds lost their lives. Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi has met Union Minister Amit Shah for a special package for the same affected people.

Priyanka Gandhi made a special appeal to Amit Shah

Priyanka Gandhi said that we have met Amit Shah to demand compensation from the central government for the Wayanad landslide victims. The Congress MP said that we have informed him/her about the situation there. Told them what has happened there and the people are completely ruined. People have no support system left.

Special package sought for Wayanad

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in the presence of 21 more MPs. During this, the Congress MP has appealed to Amit Shah to provide as much help as possible for Wayanad. After the meeting, Priyanka Gandhi said that Wayanad has suffered a lot due to floods and landslides. People’s homes, businesses, schools, everything has been washed away. In such a situation, they need relief fund.

Priyanka’s appeal- keep politics aside and help

Priyanka Gandhi said that we have appealed to keep politics aside and help the people there as much as possible. We told him/her that the Prime Minister had also gone to Wayanad. he/she had met the suffering people there. Now those people are hopeful that if the Prime Minister had come then they would definitely get some help. Priyanka Gandhi also said that Home Minister Amit Shah has given us positive assurance.

Landslide caused devastation in Wayanad

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has become MP by winning the recently held by-election on Wayanad seat. Even before becoming an MP, she was very active in the area. Regarding the landslides and devastation that occurred during July-August, he/she has demanded a special package from the Center for the affected areas.
